- Summary: Delta replaces the pull request with a thread a teammate joins, sharing the same worktrees and the originating agent's context, and each review gets an isolated copy of the parent worktrees. It is built on DeltaDB, which records edits between commits alongside human and agent messages while leaving the commit as the checkpoint teams push and build from, so a repository stays a normal Git repository for anyone who never opens Delta.
