jemalloc 5.4.0 removes seven tcache tuning options and silently ignores their malloc_conf settings

Summary: The tcache fill and retention targets now adapt per bin to demand observed between GC events, replacing the fixed refill and flush policy, and the options lg_tcache_nslots_mul, tcache_nslots_small_min, tcache_nslots_small_max, tcache_nslots_large, tcache_gc_delay_bytes, lg_tcache_flush_small_div and lg_tcache_flush_large_div are gone. Settings for them in malloc_conf are ignored without error and the matching opt mallctls return ENOENT. The release also preserves errno across free, free_sized and free_aligned_sized, accepts NULL in free_sized and free_aligned_sized for C23 correctness, and fixes a potential deadlock in arena_reset.
Why it matters: A deployment tuned against those options loses its tuning quietly on upgrade, because the allocator neither errors nor warns on the removed settings.
