Linux kernel patches would delete about 55,000 lines of deprecated 32-bit ARM platform code

Summary: The 13 patches drop SA1100, Footbridge, RISCPC, Orion, OMAP24xx, i.MX31, LPC18xx, STM32 F4, F7 and H7, Versatile MPS2, AT91 SAMV7, Axxia and legacy PXA board files. Bergmann is leaning toward Linux 7.5 rather than 7.4 so the removal lands after this year's LTS.
Why it matters: Boards on these platforms would need to stay on an older kernel, and the LTS timing decides how long that window is.
