Zellij 0.45.0 adds nested-session handling, the Kitty graphics protocol, and scrollback navigation by command

Summary: Nested sessions get explicit handling rather than the old lock-mode workaround, which matters when attaching to a remote machine already running Zellij. Scrolling by command uses OSC 133 to jump between prompts and to copy a single command's whole output, which fish emits by default and which bash and zsh need a shell integration snippet for. The release also adds support for the Kitty graphics protocol.
Why it matters: Two defaults changed on upgrade, pane frames are now off and pane stacks render as a single compact list, both reversible with pane_frame_style and stacked_pane_list.
