JDK 28 targets JEP 401 Value Objects, early-access build 10 out

Summary: JDK 28 targets JEP 401 Value Objects, moving the feature from Project Valhalla into a targeted preview on the JDK main line. The release also targets JEP 539 strict field initialization and JEP 535 generational Shenandoah by default. Early-access build 10 is available.
Why it matters: JVM teams can test the object model change against real code before it reaches a general availability release.
