NVIDIA relicenses the whole Alpamayo model family under OpenMDW-1.1 for commercial use

Summary: NVIDIA published Alpamayo-2 and relicensed the full Alpamayo family under OpenMDW-1.1. Earlier releases in the family were research-only. The post also carries LingoQA and Lingo-Judge figures from NVIDIA's own testing, which no third party has reproduced, so they are not restated here.
