Cursor removes per-request dollar cost from the usage page, the CSV export, and the dashboard API for self-serve and Teams plans, including historical records

A user reports independently that the dashboard usage endpoint now returns chargedCents of 0 and usageBasedCosts of $0.00 across events including on-demand usage that is billed.
Why it matters: Any team that built spend tracking on those fields has to move to the Admin API, and per-request and per-model cost attribution is no longer available on these plans.
