Cruller forks Bun's final Zig runtime after the Rust rewrite

Summary: A developer (solenopsys) published Cruller, a JavaScript runtime forked from Bun's last Zig-based release (1.3.14) and updated to build on Zig 0.16.0, after Bun's team moved its runtime to Rust. Cruller keeps the production surface (JavaScriptCore, HTTP serving, WebSockets, fetch) and strips the development tooling (package manager, bundler, test runner), positioned as a runtime for executing pre-built JavaScript rather than a general Bun replacement. It is work in progress, currently Linux x64 only, with semantic checks, release builds, and HTTP-serving tests reported passing and a roughly 18% smaller binary than Bun 1.3.14 at claimed performance parity.
